How it works
From request to finished reading in four steps. Here’s what happens at each one: what we’ll ask and why, when we quote the price, and what you get at the end.
Request
A request takes very little: your name or nickname, the best way to reach you, and the service you’re interested in. If you like, add a few words about your situation.
Not sure which reading to choose? The form has an option for that: “Not sure yet, help me choose.”
You don’t need to enter your birth date or time on this site. We ask for them later, once we’re in touch.
A request doesn’t commit you to anything. It starts a conversation; it isn’t an order.
Questionnaire
We reply however suits you best (email, WhatsApp, or Telegram) and send you a short questionnaire.
In the questionnaire, we ask for:
- Your date and place of birth.
- Your birth time as you know it: what’s on your birth certificate or hospital record, or what your mom remembers, like “around noon.” Give it in local time as it was that day; we’ll take care of the time zone and daylight saving time.
- A few important events in your life, with dates: a move, a wedding, the birth of a child, a job change, surgery. The month and year are enough.
- For a forecast, one more thing: where you live now.
You choose the language of the reading when you order. You don’t need to prepare your questions in advance. The birth chart reading has 34 sections, and every reading includes all of them.
Why we ask for event dates
We use them to find the minute you were born. Step three explains how. The reading itself is written from the chart, not from your story, so it doesn’t just repeat back what you told us.
Based on your answers, we decide whether we can take your case and confirm the price.
Money, kept simple
The price you see is what you pay
Each reading’s price is listed on its page. There are no surprise charges along the way.
You pay after we confirm
Work begins once you’ve paid in full. Before that, we confirm in writing what’s included, the price, and the timeline. Optimacore LLC accepts payment by Zelle; the payment details come with your written quote, before you pay.
If you change your mind
How cancellation works depends on whether the work has started. We put these terms in writing before you pay.
The work
First we establish your birth time. Then we prepare the reading for that exact minute.
Your birth time
A birth chart is calculated for the minute and place of your birth. In a few minutes the sky shifts, and the chart shifts with it. Someone born ten minutes earlier has a different chart. That’s why we begin every reading by pinning down your exact birth time. In the birth chart reading and the year-ahead forecast, this is included in the price.
Records often give the time only roughly, because it’s written down after the birth and rounded. Your mom remembers “around noon.” The exact minute can still be found, from events in your life. Each possible birth minute gives a slightly different chart, and each chart puts the major events of a life in different years. So we start from events that have already happened to you, like a move, a wedding, the birth of a child, or a job change, and look for the minute where they all fall into place. It’s like finding the right key: many look alike, but only one turns the lock.
We check a recorded time the same way. If events in your life confirm it, it stays. If they don’t, we search the minutes around it.
The system works through the options, and the astrologer decides which one is yours. If two times a few minutes apart fit equally well, the astrologer will ask you one more question, for example about the home you grew up in. Your answer shows which of the two is yours.
The minute where your past lines up becomes the basis of your reading. The periods and dates in a forecast are calculated from it too.
Don’t know your exact birth time? That’s common, and you don’t need to do anything in advance.

The reading
Once the minute is found, the system calculates your chart and prepares the material for the reading. The calculation is based on astronomy, and it’s cross-checked against a second, independent source of data.
Then the astrologer goes through the draft and checks every conclusion. If anything needs clarifying along the way, the astrologer asks you directly. Sometimes the questions are everyday ones, like how you dress or what the home you grew up in was like. Details like these help us choose between times a few minutes apart. Answer honestly, the way things really are.
A reading is usually ready three to five days after we receive your questionnaire answers. The timing depends on how quickly we can trade messages.
Your reading
You receive a document you can keep coming back to. It puts a name to what’s happening to you, explains why, and suggests what to do next.
In the birth chart reading, that’s 34 sections, about 50 to 60 pages. The length depends on your chart. It’s written in plain English, without astrology jargon. For every conclusion, you can see what it’s based on. You don’t have to read it front to back. The document is easy to navigate, and at the end you’ll find direct answers to the main questions and practical steps.
In a forecast, the main part is the calendar: the dates, what’s happening on those days, and what to do. It’s handy to go through it with your planner.
All the calculations come with the document. If you like, another astrologer can double-check them.
You can also listen to your reading. The Plus version adds a private podcast in your language, two voices talking through your reading, and a short slide summary of the key points.
The language is your choice: English, Russian, or Ukrainian, with the whole document in one language.
Every “be careful” comes with a “here’s what to do”
We describe difficult periods, what’s behind them, and what to do, so you can prepare. Our readings don’t predict illness or loss.
A forecast doesn’t hand down a verdict. If you know about a hard period in advance, you can prepare for it, postpone a decision, or hold off on starting something new during those weeks. The decisions are always yours.
A reading doesn’t replace a doctor, a lawyer, or a therapist.
How the readings are made
Each reading is made by a practicing astrologer working with a calculation system. The system does the math, so the astrologer’s time goes where it matters most: your chart. The astrologer reviews each reading and stands behind the result.
We do use AI. It helps prepare the material, and the astrologer reads and edits all of it, so every reading combines a person’s judgment with precise calculation. Every document states that it was prepared with the help of artificial intelligence.
The method, in brief
What a birth chart is
Imagine a house with twelve rooms. Each room is an area of life: money, work, home and family, relationships, health. A birth chart is the floor plan of that house, drawn for the minute and place of your birth. The reading walks through the rooms, showing how each one is arranged and how they connect. Astrologers call these rooms houses.
How the chart is calculated
The positions of the planets come from astronomical tables. Your local time is converted to Universal Time (UT), taking into account the time zone and daylight saving time on that day. The calculation is cross-checked against a second, independent source of data. Any astrologer with the same starting data gets the same result.
Why the minute matters
The sky turns one degree every four minutes or so, and in a forecast calculation one degree is roughly a year of life. So a four-minute difference in birth time shifts the dates in a forecast by about a year.
How a forecast is made
The birth chart doesn’t change, but the sky keeps moving. A forecast works out how the planets’ positions in the coming months relate to your chart. This is done in several independent ways. Some show major periods lasting months; others narrow them down to weeks and days. So the forecast tells you what kind of period you’re in and why, when to act and when to wait. It doesn’t name events, and what you do on those days is up to you.
What is calculated and what is interpreted
The calculation is astronomy, and it can be checked. Interpreting the chart is the astrologer’s craft. Many of the traditional rules for reading a chart go back about two thousand years, and an astrologer checks every conclusion. A reading is a tool for self-discovery.
Request a reading
A request doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll reply, look at your case, and confirm the price. The decision is always yours.
