Who provides the services
Services are provided by Optimacore LLC, a company registered in California, USA. It is the party to your agreement and the recipient of your payment, regardless of the language we correspond in.
Price
The price of each reading is listed on its page in US dollars. The birth time check is already included in the birth chart reading and the year-ahead forecast. Finding your birth time on its own comes at two prices: checking a recorded time, and a search based on what relatives remember when you know your time to within three hours. If you only know your time to within three or four hours, we consider the case individually, and the price may be higher than listed. Based on your questionnaire, we tell you before you pay whether we can take your case and what it costs. The price we confirm is what you pay; there are no extra charges along the way.
Payment
Work begins once you’ve paid in full. Before that, we confirm in writing what’s included, the price, and the timeline, so you have a record of what we agreed. Payment is made to Optimacore LLC by Zelle; we send the payment details together with the written quote, before you pay.
There are no subscriptions and no automatic charges: each order is paid for separately, including each issue of the monthly forecast.
If we can’t take your case
We may decline a case: for example, when there’s nothing to check your minute of birth against. Based on your questionnaire, we tell you before you pay whether we can take your case.
Timeline
A reading is usually ready three to five days after we receive your questionnaire answers. The timing depends on how quickly we can trade messages. We put the exact timeline for your case in writing, before you pay, together with the price and what’s included.
After your reading
If important events happen after your reading, in some cases we can recalculate and refine your chart. We consider such cases individually.
If you change your mind
How cancellation works depends on whether the work has started. We put the cancellation and refund terms in writing before you pay, together with the price and the timeline, so we’re both clear on the rules. Until you pay, a request doesn’t commit you to anything.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, write to us through the channel we’ve been using. We’ll confirm that we received your message and look into what happened.
If you send someone else’s details
You confirm that you have the right to do so and take responsibility toward that person for sharing their details. We use their details only to complete your order, and we don’t contact them.
Age
We work with clients 18 and older.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where Optimacore LLC is registered. If the law where you live gives you more rights as a consumer, you keep those rights.
